I have been living the bulk of 2013 without an alarm clock, but I have developed some bad sleeping habits. I sleep way too much. In fact I sleep so much that I am losing some of the best parts that summer has to offer. So I am trying to change my sleep schedule to take advantage of more daylight before the days become too short again!
Of course changing the sleep schedule also changes the eating schedule. Combine all of that with a sudden increase in activity and right now my body doesn’t know what is going on. I’m not sure if I want to eat, sleep or be productive! Hopefully I can have all of this sorted out by next week and settle into some kind of routine.
For now pass the coffee and a pillow… I’m so confused!
